Frame DEMA Carrera has been made by Tube2Tube technology using three types of High Modulus carbon fibers from Toray company, that are bonded with a compound containing nano tubes, due to the frame properties improvement, better filling the space between the carbon fibers and of course, minimizing weight. Frame is used many state of the art features and technologies: Tapered head tube with 1 1/8” upper bearing and 1,5” lower bearing that results in more precise riding control in addition to an increase of front part stiffness. Maximum rigidity of the central part of the frame has been reached using the non-threaded BB-30 with a square profile saddle tube, which gradually passes into a rounded profile with an internal diameter of 27.2 mm. To minimize weight, full carbon frame and fork dropouts have been used. Continuous carbon fibers leading from the bottom of the front fork to the fork steerer. Completely internal shifting as well as rear brake cable routing. Perfectly smooth inner surface of tubes due to the high quality production molds. Surface finishing of the frame and fork has been created by combination of clear and matt coating, under which it is possible to see the texture of UD carbon fibers.
